About Ethan.
Ethan Zachery Scott founded EZS Consulting in 2020 with a clear mission: to help purpose-driven organizations operate more effectively, think more strategically, and make a greater global impact.
With over a decade of experience leading finance, data, and operations for nonprofits, businesses, startups, and political campaigns, Ethan specializes in helping organizations chart a course through operational chaos by bringing a unique blend of precision and care to help clients find clarity, sustainability, and momentum.
His career has taken him from digital media, to U.S. federal politics, and the social impact sector.
Ethan lives in Los Angeles with his husband James, their two cats Elin and Düd, a lively tank of freshwater African cichlids, and far too many plants and crystals to count. Outside of work, Ethan recharges by gardening, 3D printing, studying earth sciences, and diving into the occasional video game—usually with an espresso in hand and curiosity leading the way.
